Every measurement is third-party verified and lodged as a formal baseline document. This is the legal and scientific foundation for every verified outcome downstream. Without it, nothing that follows is credible. The baseline is also the first step in defining a land project — the formal, site-specific plan every farm works from.
The baseline defines the "before". Every improvement verified later is improvement against this specific, lodged document. A defensible, independent baseline is what turns ecological change into auditable, financial-grade evidence.
Each baseline adds to a growing dataset across the portfolio. The more farms evaluated, the better the system identifies where regenerative potential is highest — and what it will produce.

The raise funds the company preparing the future FEVT pathway. Platform development, field sensor deployment infrastructure, legal architecture, and team capacity remain controlled by approved CSF documents. Investors receive ordinary shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd at A$15M valuation — equity in the company, not in any individual farm.
Build the Platform & Issue the Fractional Land Token
With funding secured, the team builds the Fresh Earth platform: sensor networks deployed across the existing farm portfolio, satellite monitoring integrated, automated monitoring systems active with outcomes independently measured and reviewed. Every component is tested and publicly reported before any future FEVT framework is considered. Future issuance requires platform completion, legal review, and regulatory clearance.

Earth Currency proceeds enter the Earth Treasury — a community land fund. Independent assessors identify degraded Australian properties with verified regenerative potential. Each acquisition enters the seven-stage land project process. Once Earth Currency is issued, operators of land projects may receive Earth Currency alongside investors.
